The company manages the entire design and build value chain in-house—from architectural layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings to production, construction, snagging, and after-sales services—ensuring end-to-end quality and control.

Relaunching with Purpose in a Rebuilding Region
In 2020, our parent company Dynamic Motion—based in Dubai and Saudi Arabia—paused its operations in Lebanon due to rising political instability, further intensified by the August 4 Beirut Blast. As Lebanon and the broader Middle East enter a new era of rebuilding and opportunity, VELOX marks the relaunch of operations in Lebanon and Syria under a renewed identity. More than just a name, VELOX embodies the ambition and momentum driving the region in this post-crisis era.

Michel Abou Rizk
Michel Abourizk is a Strategy& Alumni strategist who has helped bring some of the GCC’s biggest, most ambitious projects to life. He turns bold ideas into real-world results by digging deep into the numbers, planning for risks, and keeping cross-disciplinary teams moving together. With a solid academic background and top-tier consulting experience, Michel now drives VELOX’s day-to-day operations and shapes its market presence—mixing big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership to rally teams, win standout partnerships, and make VELOX the region’s go-to choice for fast, tech-driven construction
Roland Gemayel
Roland Gemayel is a dynamic professional with expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and business development. He is currently a Supply Chain Specialist in Saudi Arabia and previously optimized logistics operations and customer satisfaction at Groupe Bel in Paris. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Logistics (ESLI Paris) and Management (USJ Beirut), he blends operational depth with strategic leadership. As Chief Marketing Officer at Velox, he brings entrepreneurial energy and a forward-looking vision to accelerate innovation in fast-track design, construction, and intelligent building solutions.
Marwan Hamade
Marwan Hamade is a former Bain & Company strategy consultant with experience advising on large capital projects, industrial investments, and public-sector execution across the Middle East. He brings structured problem-solving, operational rigor, and client-focused thinking to Velox’s mission of building high-impact spaces
Jeffrey Makhoul
Jeffrey Makhoul is a mechanical engineer and partner at Velox, with deep experience in construction and project delivery. Acting as a project manager, he leads multidisciplinary teams, resolves on-site challenges, and oversees full-cycle developments. His expertise in HVAC, MEP coordination, and execution ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
